DESCRIPTION
Guest access
- Guests use the entire house with a private pool and spa in their own back yard, BBQ grill available (guests responsible for propane refill before use).
- Available 4 parking spaces (2 in the garage, and 2 on driveway)
- Hot Tub is free of charge and the max temperature set for hot-tub is 90 F degrees.
Other things to note
- Gas-heated-pool is available upon request with a fees of $100 first day; thereafter, $50/day for consecutive follow the 1st day. Natural-gas-heated pool temperature is set with a maximum of 80 F degrees.
We take the peace and privacy of our neighbors very seriously, and we kindly ask that our guests refrain from hosting parties, events, or loud gatherings during their stay. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, and we want to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable and peaceful stay.
Please note that failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate removal from the property and a fine of $1000. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, and we hope that you have a wonderful and enjoyable stay in our home.
As a host, we take the safety and well-being of our guests very seriously, and we make every effort to maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests during their stay. However, we cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or damages that may occur to our guests or their belongings during their stay on our property.
We highly recommend that our guests obtain travel insurance to cover any unexpected events or emergencies that may occur during their stay.
