Our townhouse features 3 bedrooms, all located upstairs, with a comfortable queen-sized bed in each room, and all linens and towels included. The master bedroom is a luxurious suite with an attached bathroom, TV, and everything you need to relax and unwind.
Downstairs, you'll find a convenient 1/2 bath, and our fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and comfortable living room with a large TV provide ample space for your group to relax and enjoy each other's company. We also offer free wifi, ensuring you stay connected during your trip.
Our townhouse also features a 2-car garage spot and 1 designated parking outside, making it easy to come and go as you please. You'll also appreciate the convenience of central heating and cooling and a washer and dryer in the unit, ensuring your stay is as comfortable and convenient as possible.
While the upstairs master Jacuzzi is not available for use due to the owner's request, our enclosed patio with a dining area is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the California sunshine.

Additionally, you'll have access to the 2-car garage spot and 1 designated parking outside for your convenience.

This is a townhouse with a shared wall with the other unit. Please be mindful of noise levels to avoid disturbing our neighbors. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am.
We take the peace and privacy of our neighbors very seriously, and we kindly ask that our guests refrain from hosting parties, events, or loud gatherings during their stay. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, and we want to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable and peaceful stay.
